You SNEAKY girl!!

I WENT TO VISIT STEPHANIE!!!!!!

Sister Olds and Sister Daniel at the "canadian burger place" they took us to for dinner.

These cute little girls found out we were from America and wanted to give us an "excursion" and then proceeded to show us around their park saying things like "This is a tree. This is a garage. We have Ukrainian customs such as borscht and eating bread." But all in Ukrainian. It was too funny!!!

Then they all wanted pictures with us afterwards and gaves us all hugs before we left.

They were really excited about the map of Ukraine wit Khmelnitsky highlighted in our hotel

Doing the "Ukrainian Pose"

Lunch @ the Lemon Café!

Dropping us off at the train station :(

Love this little squooshy squoosh!!!

I am so beyond happy that I got to spend some time with Stephanie while we were both in Ukraine!! It was so neat to watch her as a missionary and see just what being a missionary entails and what their day to day life is like.

I CAN'T WAIT FOR MY MISSION!!!

Don't freak out Dad...

We spent part of the day on Khreschatyk Street where there was a huge celebration going on with a parade and concerts and performances.
Then went exploring around the city and Audrey took us to get some AWESOME pizza!!

Toree and I were planning on heading home after this, but were convinced into staying.
And we are so glad we did!!
Because we ended up going bridge swinging!!

All of the people who did the bridge swing!

WE DID IT!!!

And I found blackcurrant ice cream!!
YUM!!

Ich Liebe Berlin!

Next and final stop: Berlin, Germany

Where the Berlin Wall once stood

Memorial for the Holocaust Murder Victims

Their crosswalk signs are so cute!

This was so neat!!
An outdoor library with beanbags and hammocks where the Nazi book burning took place in 1933.

Explanation of what took place in this square on May 10, 1933 and quote from Heinrich Heine:
"Where they have burned books, they will end in burning human beings"

I found tomato caprese!!!! :)

Part of the Berlin Wall

Berlin Wall memorial.

Remnant of Berlin Wall

After this it was time for the loooooooong haul back to Kiev.
(26 hours)

However, the view wasn't bad at all!

The land of the miniature gnomes

Next stop: Wroclaw, Poland
The land of the miniature gnome statues
There were these tiny miniature gnomes statues ALL over the city! It was so funny!
I really wish I knew why...but however I don't speak Russian...

WE FOUND MEXICAN FOOD!!!!!

We were SO ecstatic!!!!
And it was DELICIOUS!

Spencer's mission stories are kiiiiiind of the funniest thing ever.

We headed to our hotel after Wroclaw.
We decided to go explore a little bit when we got there and what did we happen upon??
But of course!
A concert, carnival and dance party!!!!

Definitely one of the highlights of our trip!!
So incredible!

Toree and I discovered this word "Uwaga" multiple times this night.
We are pretty sure it means caution.
But we thought it was hilarious!!
(you gotta watch out for those pies...)
